Pereira Residence

Pereira Residence

Built using local tide water red Cyprus sinker logs for structure, the roof cupola allows the home to breathe as if a pair of lungs, creating a continual passively cooled and environmentally sensitive home environment. Designed as two interlinking octagons merged into one another forming the sacred geometrical “Vesica Pisces”, this perfect form puts the home into the resonate frequency of the “Phi Ratio” an attunement equal to prayer.

Location: Homestead, FL
Year Built: 1982
Square Footage: 3,000 s.f.
